Background
This is the first final plat in the Rancho Santa Fe development. It consists of 54 residential lots and 5,506 feet of new public roadway. All roadway and drainage construction has been completed in Section 1. The preliminary plat for Rancho Santa Fe was approved on November 19, 2013.
