Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding employment of the law firm of Cokinos, Bosien & Young to represent Williamson County in relation to the legal review and revision of Williamson County’s form construction contract documents for Williamson County's road bond projects; and exemption of those attorney services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Section 262.024(a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code.
