The Williamson County Facilities Department, Scott Mathew and the WCCHD all inspected the grounds at the Williamson County Juvenile Detention Center and the Old Williamson County Jail for damage. It was determined there was some landscaping damage that must be repaired at the Juvenile Detention Center and ABC will pay for such damage in exchange for the county signing this agreement. This will close-out ABC's use of the two locations. Any new use must be under a new Authorized User Agreement in the future. |
