Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the 26th District Court.
Background

Currently only a desktop computer is assigned to this department.  A laptop will allow staff to work while away from the office either at training and/or weekends and evenings.  The furniture transfer is to allow for the purchase of a chair.
