Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an agreement with the U.S. Geological Survey to install and maintain a stream gaging station on the O’Connor Drive bridge over Lake Creek.

Background

The Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District has partnered with the U.S. Geological Survey to install gaging stations to monitor flood control structures. Part of the program involves gathering more data associated with stream flow upstream of the Lake Creek flood control structure. There is no cost to the County associated with the installation or maintenance of this stream gage on the O’Connor Drive bridge over Lake Creek.
