Discuss and consider approving a line item transfser for Non Departmental
Background
Each year we move monies into the Tax Appraisal District line item as the WCAD does not have (until typically mid to late November) levy amounts from all entities and cannot give the County their pro rata share of the budget. Additional monies were specifically placed in contingencies to cover this amount. The transfer will cover the quarterly payments for FY 15.
