Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on setting a bond for the Interim Elections Administrator, Kay Eastes.
Background
Per Texas Elections Code 31.040
The commissioners court sets the bond in an amount not to exceed $20,000. Bond should be payable to the county judge, approved by the court, and conditioned on the faithful performance of the duties of the position.
