Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding proposal received for RFP # 15RFP103 for Janitorial Services for Williamson County to Member's Building Maintenance,LLC.
Background
After in depth evaluation of the nine proposals received, the two highest scoring finalists were invited for interviews. It is the recommendation that based upon their presentation, Member's Building Maintenance, LLC., who also submitted the lowest cost proposal, will be recommended for award.
