Background

The project involves preparation of design and construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, development of bidding and contract documents; contract administration and construction management. The following components may be included:
Group Pavilion with restrooms
Sidewalks and related utility infrastructure,
Equipment parking bays
Small storage building(s)
Improvements to interior storage room in existing Maintenance Building
Related infrastructure
