Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of a line item transfer for the Emergency Services Department.

Background

We have a colleague whom is out on FMLA. We are covering this shift with the help of overtime. This line item was cut during the budget process. We are having to increase it to meet the departmental need that was beyond our control.
