Discuss, consider and take appropriate action for approval of Management Control Agreement (pertaining to Texas Department Of Public Safety and Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Justice Information Systems) to support installation and management of mobile data terminals by the Williamson County Information Technology Services Department for the benefit of Liberty Hill Police Department pursuant to the county’s Technology Services Support for Agencies Policy (note: policy was approved April 5, 2011) and authorize County Judge to sign same.

Background

This is a DPS-mandated form that will be required with all law enforcement agencies that are dispatched by the County. It is a standard procedure.
