Background
This rural subdivision is located adjacent to, and south of, the existing Green haven Ph 1 subdivision, and will abut the Siena development to the west. Road connectivity is provided. It consists of 57 single-family lots and 7,340 feet of new roadway. Appropriate review fees have been paid.
