BE IT REMEMBERED that at 1:40 P.M. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2013, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the November 19, 2013 meeting.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

Motion: To approve the first quarterly payment in the amount of $2,327.25 due prior to January 1, 2014 and payable to Williamson Central Appraisal District.
