Discuss and take appropriate action on an amendment to Section XI of the Williamson County Compensation Policy regarding the Peace Officer Tenure System, with such amendment to be effective as of October 15, 2013.
Background

On August 27, 2013, the Commissioner's Court approved funds for the law enforcement and corrections pay plans for FY 2014.  On October 15, 2013, the Court discussed revisions to the Compensation Policy.  The proposed policy amendment aligns the new funding and pay plans with the Compensation Policy provisions.
