Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the 26th District Court
Background
We budgeted $1400 in the "visiting judge" line item in the 26th District Court. This line item was depleted during the Anderson case. We now have a murder case in which Judge Stubblefield has had to call in a visiting judge. This transfer will cover the invoice for that particular case.
