Background
Santa Rita Ranch West is a 288 single family home development located on the east side of CR 260 and north of SH 29.  Sufficient space has been reserved for the planned widening of CR 260 and the future SH 29 construction.  This subdivision falls under the new 2013 subdivision regulations.  A preliminary plat review fee of $9,050 has been paid by the Developer.
