To discuss and consider approving the appointment of Cary P Decuir to the Non Paid position of Rseserve Deputy Constable for Precinct Four.

Background

Mr. Decuir has been a nonpaid Reserve Deputy for this office several years back. Mr. Decuir has been working as a licensed Peace Officer for the State of Texas Department of Insurance in the position of Investigator. He is leaving to take a position in the private sector, and wishes to again serve the constituents of Precinct Four and of Williamson County. Mr. Decuir has an outstanding record as a Texas Peace Officer and as a State Investigator. Mr. Decuir meets or exceeds all requirements necessary for this position.
