Consider approving Change Order No. 46 in the amount of -$103,698.26 for US 183 a Pass Through Financing project in Precinct Two.
Background
This Change Order provides for a balancing of the overrun/underrun Contract quantities for the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plan quantities. This Change Order also adds three months of barricades and traffic handling to close out the Request for Additional Compensation from DWCO and settle all outstanding claims.
