Discuss and take appropriate action to allow the Williamson County Elections Administrator to apply to the Secretary of State for successful status as a participant in the countywide precinct polling place program.

Background

Williamson County has conducted elections on the uniform election dates of May 11 and November 5, 2013. We are seeking the Court's approval to apply to the Secretary of State for successful status. If approved by the Secretary of State, Williamson County will be able to use Vote Centers without the requirement to apply each time.
