Background
This is the second final plat to be recirded in the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch development. It consists of 55 single family lots and 2,858 feet of new roadway. Construction is not yet complete; however, the Developer has posted fiscal in the amount of $299,036.27 to cover the cost of incomplete construction.
