To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Justice of the Peace Pct. One Williamson County

Background

Funds are needed to take care of an outstanding invoice for repairs to our Time stamp machine we use in the office for time stamping filings and mail daily. We also have another machine that needs to be sent for repair and it is more cost effiecent to pay for repairs than the purchase of a new machine. Both machines are very good at the job they do and we have had one more than 10 years. Considering this would greatly be an asset to improve the processing time for mail recieved.
