Discuss and consider authorizing County Judge to sign Microsoft Volume Licensing Program Signature Form.
Background
On August 8, 2013, the court approved agreements with Microsoft for their volume licensing program so we could move forward with MS365. At that time Dell was the authorized Microsoft reseller for the State of Texas. Soon after that agreement was approved, SHI became the authorized Microsoft reseller for the State of Texas, replacing Dell. Since the Volume Licensing Signature form the County executed referred to Dell, we need to sign a new form referrencing SHI.
