Consider authorizing the road bond transfer request per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager to transfer the following funds: Close Pond Springs Road (P159) to move funds of $73,387.00 to RM 620 Improvements (P167), close San Gabriel Parkway (P168) with a balance of $433,422.10 to move $30,000.00 to CR 179 (P124) and $403,422.10 to US 183 @ RM 1869 Safety Improvements (P250), and close SH 29 Left Turn Lanes in Liberty Hill (P246) to move $7,491.89 to US 183 @ RM 1869 Safety Improvements (P250). Move 7,500,000.00 from SH 195 (P149) to non-departmental (P156). Move $700,000.00 from Williams Drive (P183) to Ronald Reagan Blvd Phase IV (P196). Also, close Right of way (P180) with an available balance of $910,936.74 to transfer $500,000.00 to Ronald Reagan Blvd Phase IV (P196), $25,000.00 CR 111 Extension (P249), $15,000.00 CR 138 (P179), $75,000.00 CR 119 (P214), $40,000.00 CR 179 (P124), and balance of $255,936.74 to non-departmental (P156).
