Discuss and take appropriate action authorizing the Judge to sign a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program on the CR 245 Project.
Background
TCEQ approved a Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) for the CR 245 Project in 2011, which will expire on December 10, 2013 unless a request for extension is submitted. The County previously authorized an employee of Steger Bizzell to submit the WPAP on behalf of the County, however Steger Bizzell no longer has an active work authorization for this project. A new TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of HNTB to submit the needed extension request for TCEQ review and approval.
