Discuss and consider approving the exemption of the following services as professional services exempt from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services as set forth under Section 262.024 (a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code, and setting date of January 14, 2013 at 3:00 pm to receive Requests for Qualifications for these same professional services:

Surveying Services, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination/Relocation Services, General Engineering Consultant-Program Management/Planning and Design, Planning and Design Engineering Services, and General Engineering Consultant-Construction Management/Inspection.
