BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:26 A.M. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2012, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the November 20, 2012 meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court. No action was taken on this item.

3. Consider approving road district collections for the month of October 2012 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.
