Discuss and consider approving Atkins North America, Inc. Supplemental #1 to their Construction Inspection &/or Observation Professional Service Agreement (PSA) to allow for the execution of Work Authorization #2 for RM 620 Widening project.

Background

This Supplemental #1 to the PSA includes a revised rate schedule. The proposed rate for Senior Field Inspector matches the approved rate for this same inspector (Darren Muenster) who did the work on RM2338 project.
