Consider approving Change Order No. 9 in the amount of $16,307.55 for O'Connor Drive Extension, a Road Bond Project in Precinct One.
Background
This Change Order adds rock rip rap in the right ditchline from Sta. 65+00 to 68+00 to minimize future erosion from the drainage of the offsite water quality pond. Additional permanent controls are needed at this location due to the amount and intensity of the flows from the offsite pond.
