Consider approving Change Order No. 9 in the amount of $154,833.33 for RM 2338 Phase II, a Pass Through Financing Project in Precinct Three.
Background
This Change Order adds Contract items, as required by Item 341, to adjust the amount of compensation to be paid to the Contractor in proportion to the quality of the asphalt pavement produced and placed on the project. As required by Item 585, this Change Order also adds a Contract item to adjust the amount of compensation to be paid to the Contractor in proportion to the ride quality of the final asphalt surface on the project.
