Discuss and consider re-appointing Robert Avant Jr. to the Emergency Service District #10 Board for a two year term to begin 01/01/2013.

Background

Mr. Avant was appointed in September 2012 without a term ending date. He has agreed to serve a two year term beginning 01/01/2013 and ending 12/31/2014. He has been an asset to the ESD #10 and Commissioner Morrison recommends his re-appointment.
