Discuss and consider re-appointing Dean Rumel to the (Coupland) Emergency Service District #10 Board for another two year term beginning January 1, 2013.

Background

Mr. Rumel was originally appointed as an alternate to the ESD #10 Board on July 12, 2005. He was appointed to the ESD #10 Board as a member on January 2, 2007. He currently serves as President and has been an asset to the board. Mr. Rumel has agreed to serve a two year term and Commissioner Morrison is recommending his re-appointment. This two year term will begin on January 1, 2013 and end December 31, 2014.
