Consider approving Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $2,219.14 for King of Kings Crossing, a Road Bond Project in Precinct One.
Background
This Change Order provides the balancing of the overrun for the Ty C Hot Mix for the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plan quantities, which included small additional areas of HMAC needed at both Smyers Lane and the HEB property to tie in the new roadway.
