Background
Exhibit E of the Vaughn’s GMP Proposal was previously approved on July 5, 2012. The purpose of this amendment is to accurately reflect the billing amounts being charged to the project. This change will have no effect on the overall GMP, General Conditions, Cost of Work, Owner’s Contingency, nor CM Contingency.
