Mr. Phillips was appointed to serve an unexpired term for Brenda Kaiser on 9/21/2010 and at that time he was also appointed to start a new two year term which began on Jan. 1/1/2011. Since serving on the ESD Board #2 he has been an asset to board and is currently serving as the secretary. Mr. Phillips has agreed to serve another two year term and Commissioner Birkman is recommending his reappointment. This two year term will begin on 1/1/2013 and end 12/31/2014. |
