Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2012 donation dollars for the Animal Shelter:
Background
The Animal Shelter received donations throughout the year. At the end of FY2012, $123,278.26 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2012 and prior donations to be spent in 2013.
