Background

This contract is part of the State DIR contract DIR-SDD-1510 (attached) with Arrow S3 Shared Solutions and Services, Inc. for phone installation for the Justice Center and new ESOC facility. Bill Bingham, Telecom Manager is on site supervisor for Williamson County.
