To discuss and take appropriate action on the approval of a Line Item Transfer for Department of Infrastructure.
Background
Earlier this year two pooled cars were transfered to the Infrastructure Budget. In doing that, associated expenses such as fuel, vehicle maintenance and repair as well as vehicle insurance will need to be charged to the 215 budget.
