40. Comments from Commissioners.
  Judge Gattis wished all a Merry Christmas and reminded everyone that Commissioners' Court will not meet again until January 10, 2012, unless there is an emergency.
Judge Gattis mentioned that Commissioner Birkman was attending a funeral and later joined the Court during Executive Session.
