Discuss and take appropriate action on the propose Williamson County Community Development Block Grant Program Income Policy.

Background

The proposed program income policy was developed by Sheets & Crossfield and the Williamson County CDBG office. The policy is based on HUD guidance and federal regulations. It will be utilized by the Williamson County CDBG program as it pertains to projects that will generate program income.
