Consider approving Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $142,720.32 for O'Connor Drive, a Road Bond Project in Precinct One.

Background

Attached is Change Order #3 on the O’Connor Drive Project. This Change Order changes the project limits on the south end of the project and adds the Robinson Ranch driveways; corrects various project pay quantities for roadway, signal, striping, and bridge items (except Excavation and Post Tensioning, which will be adjusted on a future change order); adds an item for sealing off Karst features, as called for in the WPAP and PS&E; adds environmental remediation items required by TCEQ; and adds the 24” RCP Storm Sewer across the O’Connor Dr so that the pavement and raised concrete median will not be disturbed with the construction of the RM 620 Improvements Project.
