Discuss and take appropriate action on a Professional Service Agreement between Williamson County and Dr. Margaret MacDonald, D.V.M. for veterinarian services to be performed at the Williamson County Regional Animal Control Shelter; and exemption of those services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services.
Background
WCRAS contracts with a Veterinarian to perform spay/neuter surgeries on the shelter animals. The previous contract expired.
