BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:31 A.M. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2010, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit:

  First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

No action was taken.
             
3. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.
  First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

  Second By: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long Motion: To approve payment of $2,870.50 to Williamson Central Appraisal District.
