53. Comments from Commissioners.
  Judge Gattis announced that Scott Matthew has been appointed by the Governor to the Texas Juvenile Justice Advisory Board.

Commissioner Birkman said there was an incident in her Precinct in regards to tree trimming. She has asked Senior Director of Infrastructure, Bob Daigh to work on new guidelines and training on how to trim trees on personal property with limbs in the road right-of-way.  He will present the guidelines to the Court in upcoming weeks.

Commissioner Covey wished everyone a merry Christmas.
