Resolution authorizing resale of property held in trust by the City of Taylor, Texas as requested by the law firm, McCreary, Veselka, Bragg, and Allen on behalf of the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Background

The properties in the attachment were listed for sale by the Constable of Williamson County at public auction. The properties did not receive sufficient bids as set by law and were struck off to The City of Taylor, Texas for the use and benefit of itself and the other taxing units which levied taxes on the properties, pursuant to Section 34.01 (j) Texas Tax Code. Resale is suggested. Please see attachment for full background information.
