Discuss and consider approval of the 2008 CDBG Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
Background
The annual CAPER is required by HUD to report the progress of projects supported by CDBG and Williamson County.  Upon approval, the CAPER will be available for public comment for 15 days.  Comments will be considered prior to submission to HUD on or before December 31, 2009.
