Background

Commissioner Birkman would like to discuss the redistricting process for commissioner, justice of the peace and constable precincts as a result fo the 2010 census. Attached is some information regarding the process that was distributed at the Conference of Urban Counties Conference that was held in San Antonio Nov. 18-20.
