Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Veteran Svcs
Background
In FY 09 the take home/vehicle assigned to the Director of Veteran Svcs (who has since retired) was returned to Fleet and parked at the InnerLoop. All vehicle funding, to include vehicle insurance, was eliminated from the Veteran Svcs budget and the vehicle was to go to auction. It was determined today that an asset transfer form was never completed and the vehicle has been parked at the InnerLoop. Insurance will need to be paid until the vehicle is auctioned off. This line item transfer will cover the insurance cost for the year.
