Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non-Departmental
Background
Estimates for the Justice Benefits line item come from the Auditor's office and are based on the amount of the award which was $146,743 in 2008. The 2009 award was $240,539 and the expense to prepare the claim/calculation is a percentage of this award amount. Because the award amount has gone up substantially, the expense to prepare the report has as well. This transfer will cover that expense.
