Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for JP#1
Background
The truancy fund was recently set up and budgeted to cover staffing as well as building expenses. Upon further investigation, it was determined this fund legally can not pay for anything but personnel/staffing. Judge Johnson has elected to use a portion of his $2 transaction fee to cover building costs i.e. utilities. This amendment will recognize that expenditure.
