Williamson County is making improvements to Westinghouse Road (CR 111) and the construction improvements have resulted in stormwater runoff and drainage onto the property owned by Teravista. This agreement would allow for Williamson County to include a Median Cut as part of the improvements to CR111 and Teravista will waive and forever discharge the county and any of its employees from any damages to the Teravista property caused by any stormwater drainage.
